The Resolution Process

Initialize Inquiry
Contact your assigned concierge within 30 days of acquisition to document the discrepancy.

Security Inspection
Units must remain in original, uninstalled condition with all security seals intact.

Custodial Handover
Dispatch the unit via our preferred secure logistics partner for authentication.
Technical Exclusions
Bespoke Builds
One-of-one custom commissions are final once the calibration phase begins.
Installed Hardware
Any component that has been physically integrated into a chassis cannot be returned.
Digital Modules
Software-based performance upgrades and digital licenses are non-reversible.
Prototype Release
Early-access architecture from our 'Staged' laboratory is strictly final sale.
